I have been using this bank for a year now. They are great! I had a couple small problems that were taken care of with only a phone call each. I recommend this bank to any and everyone.

Terrible company. It seems like a good option going in, especially as it seems like they don't run checks with companies like Chexsystems to see if people have a bad history with checking accounts. This is probably part of their gaumt: to rope in people desperate for access to checking. I waited until my debit card had arrived before initiating an opening deposit. They do what they state on their website. They pay their stellar interest rate. They reimburse your ATM fees. Also their customer service 5 of 5. They have good verification security, if your account is accessed from a different computer. I have been with Aspiration since September 30th 2016.
First of all, customer service is horrible. It took more than 4 days to get an answer as to why I could not activate my debit card. Also, be aware, electronic deposits and mobile deposits have a very long wait time for availability. I mobile deposited a check on 9/2 which said it would be available in 2 business days - when I checked with Aspiration (after going back and forth for 20 + minutes) they told me the funds won't be available until 9/12! This is an honest review. Legit bank with an ATM card. Good investment opportunities with redwood fund.
