Really, ASPEN RIDGE MANAGEMENT deserves ZERO stars. Their employees are clueless and dishonest, except for Jose the maintenance guy. Halie and Patti should be fired, or at least required to take some kind of class on ethics and customer service. Living in one of their apartments was the biggest nightmare I've ever had, and I have lived in quite a few apartment and rental homes over the years. This is the worst housing experience I've ever had by the most unhelpful, lazy people who only care about themselves and making a profit. Read more than than just the reviews they must have paid for. We have owned two student condos in Provo over the last four years and have operated them as BYU-approved housing. Please accept my commendation of your services as Aspen Ridge Management and most directly the services of Ms. Hilary Davis. BIGGEST CROOKS AND LIARS!!! The most dishonest, inept management company I have ever dealt with. My apartment is by far the most putrid and vile place I have ever lived. There is black mold EVERYWHERE, and it is busting through the plaster where the landlords and Aspen Ridge have tried to plaster and paint over it. I have a huge array of bugs and spiders in my apartment (including brown recluse spiders), which Aspen Ridge refuses to take care of! Stay away from these people. They are dishonest in the sales pitch. The tried the bait and switch. When I called them on the phone regarding some contract terms, the salesperson was having to backtrack on previous statements. Run - Run - Run and be glad they didn't get a hook into you!!!!
