Enjoyed being here so far. Only had one small issue with plenty of spiders in the apartment during our first couple of months, notified the office and they had it taken care of within a week. Comfortable and feel secure

There's not a drop box for the rent, you can pay online with a heavy fee. We did a final walk through and the manager guy pulled a piece of the cabinet off in the bathroom. Of course I was charged for that. There were witnesses. Also front door leaked water inside, and toilet overflowed alot. I was charged for the maintenance of the apartment at the end of my lease. Just feel this place could be better managed. I never felt welcome at this place.

Never took care of HVAC. There was mold come out of the vents for the 13 years that I lived there. When the replaced the blower, there was large black chucks coming out the vents. They never cleaned even though complaint were filed. The just paint over the stains on the vents and ceils.
