First apt. was alright, it had been refreshed but still looked outdated. Next apt. was a nightmare. Water leaks, mold, HVAC had mold inside and out. Dryer and bath vents never connected to outside, so blowing up in ceiling. Mgmt. got nasty when I reported to city because they wouldn't repair. Make sure you see actual apartment and inspect it good b4 u move in. Beware at move out for xtra charges, I was charged 3x rent for 1 month. They auto send to collection and refuse to correct. Still fighting them.
I loved living here, location was nice. However when I went to move out they didn't wanna give me my deposit back. I have had two apartments with them, the first time it was no issue with deposit. But this time they came up with a bunch of reasons why and then I had to owe more. If only I took pictures to support it... I don't recommend people living here that want their deposits back. I spent a week cleaning the apartment for nothing. I should of just left the apartment how it was at this point.
It needs a play area for kids. My grandbabies like being outside but there is nothing for them to do except swim and that is something they are limited to do.

Lived here for a summer and very much enjoyed it. Apartments lack new upgrades, but are very spacious and have all necessary amenities. Loved the saltwater pool and clubhouse. Laundry facility was subpar at best. Maintenance crew was great and fixed every issue very quickly.
