Been here for several months now. Everything was going fine until we realized the building we moved into had construction being done on it. Every single morning we wake up to obnoxious music, banging, and loud yelling. I’ve asked if they know when this will be over, and have only been told they’ve no idea what’s going on, when it started, or when it will end. Very helpful. Aspen park pool has 1 lounge/layout chair. This is a huge complex of apartments and you have to lay on the hot sidewalk to layout. Ridiculous!!!
I have lived here for 6 years and have for the most part been happy with it. Recently, however, on 4 different occasions I was told my rent was late or that I hadn’t paid my pet deposit even though I have always paid the first of the month. An office worker actually argued with my dad saying we owed. He called the bank and our check had cleared. Our payments were applied to other apartments. Aspen Park apartments was very nice when my wife and I lived there. The price was good, the management was attentive and the maintenance people were friendly and spot on. Wish we would have went there from the beginning. I would have given them a 5 star however due to being called/and a letter sent to me an my wife by M.A.R.S. (their version of collection agency) was not a good move for them as to we paid the full amount due prior to the 30 days given. Bedbugs are an issue and its taking a week for pest control to come out for treatment. I had to call them every single day to figure out what’s going on and after three days I finally got an answer. The complex is run poorly. I’ve had issues with my front door not closing ever sense I’ve been there and had to call them numerous times to come fix it.
Love living here! The apartment fits my needs with spacious closets, nice appliances and the free weights and treadmill in fitness center are a plus! Go check them out!!
