Went in for check up . Said I needed 5 Crowns? Opened a credit care account and paid $1300 cash? Day of appointment they said their computer is down and they have no doctor? And cant reschedule a Appointment? Or give money back? Been 2 months still get the same every time I call? Dont use this company or youll be sorry
I had a tooth extracted in June of this yr. The doctor punctured my sinus cavity and I had to have reconstructive surgery done by an oral surgeon. Do not go there. I have requested my refund back and have not heard from them.

Started Invasalin with aspen dental and only received half the Invasalin trays. When i call about getting my other trays theres never a manager on duty. Credit company advice me to dispute the second charge for the Invasalin that wasnt received and they approved the dispute . I just received a ***** **** from aspen today for the trays i never received.

Had all top teeth pulled and was refused pain meds....OUCH!!!! Was told to take ibuprofen and Tylenol. This did not control the pain. They could've given me like 10 pain pills to get me through the first few days. This is day 2 and I have to say it is the most painful so far. Obviously the dentist has never had a tooth pulled. Also, I am pretty sure they spoke of pain management when they were selling me on their services. Had I known I wasn't going to have my pain managed, I would have went elsewhere. Just bad and dishonest. If I could leave NO star I would. The practice at the office in ************, ********. I visited last week and believed I was going for the normal routine cleaning; however, after my examination I was told that I have periodontal disease and would need to get my teeth cleaned along with treatment of my gums for over $2,000. This business is an absolute joke. In July 2017 I had a crown done by this establishment. It fell off September 2018 and I went back and they re-cemented it with a charge of course. After never really being happy with the service and the look of the crown I decided to go else where for cleanings and maintenance moving forward. Fast forward to Easter this year 2022. Root Canal Overcharge-Went to Aspen Dental for a Root canal 1/2022, received a ******************* 1st 2022 , stating I owed $ ***** for a root canal. When I tried to call the office, they are "with a consumer" , I have tried to resolve this several times, which would be easy with a phone call and Aspen Dental will not even return the call to verify the ****. My daughters recent experience:Do not go to this dentist if you have any sort of anxiety or want any kind of bedside mannerthey do not know how to deal with it appropriately. My daughter had her wisdom teeth pulled and part way through the procedure she had a panic attack. They treated it as though she could just turn it off and allow them to get the procedure done. Aspen Dental called to "remind" me of an appt I supposedly had with them later that day. When I asked who made the appt they said their call center handmade it that morning. Clearly trying to get unsolicited business in my opinion - shoddy outfit
