Oral surgery with sedation to remove lower implants- $3,000... What a nightmare this has been! My sister was barely awake and was bleeding profusely when they dumped her into my car post surgery. 2 hours later, her neck was so swollen she couldn't swallow. Calling the office multiple times, no answer!! I will post updates as possible but beware, this is not a professional/experienced dental practice!!!

Worst experience ever.. July I went there a repair for mountain ventures at broken half. They repaired them. I gave them all the information they needed to make a new set after a month of calling. They told me they couldn’t because I happen to have two post for snap in the front. The repair held together for a while. In December when I was in Phoenix, they broke again. Very unprofessional. This will be the last time I get dentures from Aspen. I went to the office on Alpine.
The worst place I have ever dealt with! I paid thousands for my denture and haven't even had it a year and had a tooth fall off. It has been a horrible experience from the start! The staff does not care about anything but the money!
They are crooks, they are in system with our insurance, yet they over charged by 4 thousand dollars, it's been months trying to get this corrected, yet every time I call, it's always an excuse with them, I'm looking into getting an attorney and getting my money back. Stay away from Aspen dental in ****** **

I've had 2 appointments canceled at the last minute. My dentures have not fit correctly for months, with them canceling I have lost 2 days paid and the cost of medical ************ cost for all there s**** *** is over $400 out of my pocket for nothing. Small claims court is my next move So stay away from Aspen Dental.

Beyond terrible! The staff is so rude! Their lab made my dentures and I have had teeth break off. As recently as 10/30/24, I was told I had to pay for an office visit in order for them to repair my dentures , which are still under warranty! Stay away from this business! They are shysters! Not only is their work over priced, its shoddy!

No - just no to Aspen Dental in ****** *******. Aspen Dental left me waiting for several hours. My appt was at 8:00 am this morning 10/21/2024. I was called back to the chair at 8:15 for my cleaning and then the cavity that needs to be filled. I was told that my hygienist could not numb with with a shot until the dentist came into the office. At 8:45 the dentist arrived. I was given two shots. My cleaning was completed. at 9:30 I needed one more shot at that time because the shots were starting to wear off. I was placed back... read more
