Sturgis Michigan: If I could give less that a "1"rating then I certainly would! The staff and business as a whole are the most unprofessional people I've ever met! I was given an overall price for services at my appointment. The second visit I was told that it had been coded incorrectly and now I would need to pay an additional $480 00! Then when I came to my appointment today after being told that I could pay $530 today and the balance at my next appointment, was told that I would instead need to pay the full $1028.00! Please do not ever go to this place for any kind of Dentalcare. They will scam you and tell you you need things that you do not need. Went there today and the dentist said I needed four new crowns and two cavities filled and I had just been to my dentist and none of that was true. They are scammers and looking for insurance money. Do not go here.

Muscatine office,IA scheduled an appointment, confirmed via email, drove all the way down there just to find out the secretary gave away my slot. Then she lied to me about leaving a voice mail. Never received one, or a call to let me know. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

Do not go to ASPEN DENTAL IN ********, **! The dentist there will do whatever he can to get your child alone with him. I was made to pay before even being seen and we ended up leaving without having anything done. The dentist was determined I leave my DISABLED child with him in the room and I go to the waiting room. When I refused, he wouldn't treat him, although we already paid $78. I grabbed my son and we just left, because no amount of money is worth leaving my child alone in a room with that guy!The place is sketchy and ... read more

Aspen dental on **************** a beautiful clean facility. The manager is very professional cardio and cares about our clients and her office. All her associates are very nice hospitable and caring and give great customer service. I was very happy with my work I got dental implants hygienist did a deep cleaning and whitening on my teeth, it was a wonderful job but thank you so so much ***** the manager is very awesome. Keep up the good work and thank you Aspen.

*** worked for many years at the Aspen Dental in ************** and the place is a joke. The Dr is blackhearted and will never change her ways treats her staff like absolute dog s*** and expects us to do what she wants 24 seven because shes the The woman to sign our paychecks. Thats including wanting us to work nights and weekends or holidays that she does not celebrate. My wife had major dentail pain, so we went to Aspen in **********, ******** a few months ago. They checked her, and provided a list of things that need to be handled. They provided pricing for the entire procedure, and helped get some financing. They told us we needed $2700 on the day of the dental surgery, but failed to provide all the necessary financial information.Well, now that we got my wife's medical clearance, and the surgery is scheduled, their office calls us and tells us that we now need over $3000 within 2 busine... read more

You are the absolute WORST DENTAL FACILITY I have EVER dealt with!! Myself and another 4 other people are being billed AGAIN for services already paid!!!!! One person already has a claim in progress against your ************** and I will be joining them as well! Is someone at that office embezzling?!?! Kinda funny each one of us have this issue with that location. Getting calls threatening to be sent to collections?! For what!! A bill that I have proof Ive paid!! Disgusting crooked place!
