Our experience started with gathering quotes for replacing our roof. Toby Brown was the only person who came prepared to win our business. He had a folder containing copies of your license, insurance, warranty and Better Business review. Needless to say, we selected Aspen. When the materials were delivered that guy told us we made a good choice. The work started on time and was finished as anticipated. Aspen worked with D.R. Horton to put our roof on and now after 6 years we need to replace it because the work was done horribly. Tried to work with the company to get this resolved since we are not under warranty but feel rightfully dismayed to have to pay for a roof after 6 years. Ethically we feel we should be getting assistance with this. But Aspen and D.R. blame each other. We are getting a new roof with another company but warn you on doing business with Aspen in future. I had aspen roofing replace my roof in 2011 and what an awesome job they did. I called them in 2024 and had them come patch another house I had bought. The Gentleman let me know that I needed a new roof. In January 2025 I made an appointment for Kelly Judd to come out on February 4th at 2pm. Kelly never showed or called. I called aspen and asked what was going on. They had a guy named Alex Burch call me and let me know this was all his fault, because Kelly had thrown it on his schedule and he didn't catch it. Alex Burch with Aspen Contracting was excellent. He came out to inspect my hail damage when he said he would be there. He was detailed in explaining what they would do. Aspen Contractors did a great job replacing my roofing and gutters. I would highly recommend them.
