Great customer service, quick turnaround, and great work! Not only did the crew cleanup, but the representative came by the next day and did another walk through to find any stray nails. They also fixed some small damage to a piece fascia during the installation of the roof. Great overall experience.

Looks like others left more than 10 word minimum so add this to my previous review Christina Kipphut not only does Amazing work but she is on her clients side 100% she covered every detail of insurance claims. Her knowledge and ability is truly above and beyond anyone we’ve work with in our tornado repairs! I would and do recommend her to everyone! Thank you Aspen for having such an amazing person on your team!

Contact was easy and the work was completed in a timely manor with no hassles or issues. Company knew exactly what needed to be done and handled all the paperwork with the insurance company and explained the process along the way. Easy to get a hold of and quickly addressed and fixed any and all concerns that arose after the replacement was completed.

Clearly described the process, provided a very well documented assessment of the roof. If I had relied on just the insurance company, they would not have fixed my roof. The insurance assessor spent less than 5 minutes on my roof and said everything was fine. Aspen spent time on the roof finding hail damage and provided clear pictures. Aspen roofing did a superior job. We recently experienced Hail Damage to our roof and gutters of our home and three outbuildings. The marketing representative for Aspen Contracting was Whitney Jacobs. Whitney did an excellent job. She communicated very well and stayed in contact with us thru the entire process, including installation and final clean up. Any issues we asked about were immediately resolved. If anyone in the Copley/Bath, Ohio area had hail damage from the storms that came through last month I highly recommend Aspen Contracting. Chris B**** and his team were out within 24 hours of my call for a free inspection, he worked with my insurance company and had approval within a week, the roof was scheduled to begin installation three days later, and the job was completed in about two days.
