Work was completed in a timely manner and very well done. Marketing staff (Christine) is very efficient and helped us obtain the money due to us from our insurance company. She is an excellent representative for ASPEN.
They replaced our roof after a recent hail storm. Christine and Tyler did a great job at overseeing everything and making sure everything was right.
My experience with Aspen was the WORST there could be..From day one to the bitter end ANYTHING they told me was a lie.. I was put off time and time again after I wrote a check of $5000 to start my job..After a while they stopped returning my calls and left me hanging...First it was we'll get to your roof in 4 to 6 weeks, then it was 8 to 12 weeks.. Thomas Green, Aspen Contracting, came to my door and asked if I wanted him to inspect my roof for hail damage. I said yes as hail had damaged my wife’s car. I previously had 2 other companies inspect my roof and was told by both that it was in OK shape, except for the ridge shingles. Thomas Green gave a very in-depth presentation with no pressure. My insurance company paid for new vinyl siding where the old was damaged. This crew did excellent work. They were responsive to my ideas on how my house would appear when they were finished. The house looks terrific now. I like Aspen Contracting. They are good communicators, good planners, and they did a good job communicating with my insurance company.

Short summary at the bottom. My experience with Aspen is the worst I've ever had with a company. It started in June 2017 when we chose Aspen Contracting to replace our hail damaged roof. The Aspen employee originally said they would be able to replace our damaged siding as well as the roof, but later on told us that was not something they did.
