Aspen Rep greeted my wife after the Hurricane and made her aware of the damage to our roof that we did not recognize. After filing with our insurance company, we contacted Aspen for a quote. The Rep was very courteous and knowledgeable. After going thru the presentation we were impressed with the thoroughness and agreed to have Aspen replace our roofing. My roof was damaged during a hurricane in the city of New Orleans. I wasn't there and my insurance company hired Aspen to place a tarp on the roof. I was contacted by Mitchell and he was very courteous and professional. The tarp was placed on quickly and when I arrived in New Orleans in about week I started the process of looking for someone to put a new roof on my house. Aspen knocked on my door after I had contacted a lot of local companies who did not have time to come out because of the two hurricanes we had in our area. It was a knock that was very welcomed. My experience with Aspen has been bad overall. I was very happy with them at first, the work on my roof was great and the guy heading up the job said that we had grounds for doing a gutter claim, which our insurance had not initially approved. We chose them because of the promise that we would only pay our deductable and what the insurance sent. As our roof job completed I handed over the check and started working on the gutter claim.
