After completion of the work, and payment, i was not given a receipt. instead, i was told it would be coming from the home office. I think that's nuts. Receipts and completion reports should be given immediately after the job is completed.
Aspen Contracting did an excellent job from start to finish! We really appreciated the thorough explanation of the project, the ability to satisfactorily answer questions, and bringing the job to quality completion.

Troy was referred to me by my friend who had recently had his roof changed. Troy gave me an appointment and was very informative and professional. He evaluated my father-in-law’s roof and sent his report including pictures and estimate to replace to our insurance company and was able to support the project with a better insurance settlement. Jamie A**** is an outstanding representative for Aspen Contracting. He knows his stuff and went into detail concerning how the whole process will play out with them putting on my roof and what my insurance will pay and what will be my out-of-pocket expense, which will only be my deductible of $1,000 for a brand-new roof! Thank you, Aspen, for standing by your word and lifetime warranty... although we'll see how that plays out in 20-30 yrs.
They did very good job of replacing my roof and fixing the damaged fasica and soffit from the August D******.

Troy is a courteous and knowledgeable representative for Aspen Contracting. He was very patient with my insurance company and working together accomplish the best job for my roof replacement.
