They informed me every step of the way. The crew chief made sure everything was done correctly. I used to roof years ago so could watch some of what they did and new codes have come into place since I roofed and they followed the new code. They used the correct length of nails for 1/2 inch sheathing and the proper size length for shingles. They informed me when materials would be a couple of days later than anticipated. Their employee tried to run me, my wife and three kids off the road because of his road rage. I work for the fire department and alot of our calls are from hwy.24 ( the road this was on) and most of them are because of road rage like this guy. My wife tried to pass him and get over in the slow lane, he started pacing us and wouldn't let us over. When we got over he flashed his brights and got in the passing lane. I wouldn't give this company an A plus rating. I'd give this company a C. They sent over a salesman with 2 ************* experience. To sell me a $10000 roofing job. It makes me wonder are they going to send over installer's with 2 weeks experience? I won't be doing business with a company like that. I'll find a company that knows what they're doing.

Summary: Aspen loves to throw it's warranty at any potential buyer and how great it is. It is very easy to have a warranty like they do when they will only repair roof/drywall/and interior ceiling. If and when they do a bad job on your roof (as two issues have now been found) they will defend it and tell you to pay for it. The damage to my windows has been quoted at $27,500. I was impressed how quickly the crew began the work upon arrival and completed the job by the end of the day, including cleanup. *******************************, project consultant, was on scene to access and advise and provide personable attention and assurance.
