Bad job. Shingled over 40 feet of rotted plywood. Used old flashing. Asked for additional money after insurance paid. They replaced my roof 1 year ago due to derecho. They didn't consider I would need a new roof this year due to hail damage. For the average consumer this kind of thing will never be found out. Please do not use this company. I finally found a good company. Tectum. They did a fantastic job

*********************** was incredible to work with on our new roof. He was professional and personable and addressed all our concerns during all phases of the project. Aspen did a wonderful job and the roof looks great.
Do not use aspen it took 15 months to get my roof done and it leaked after the first hard rain. Thy ****** yep my gutters and told me I had to pay for them! Nobody knows whats going on there one person says one thing and a week later something totally different is happening! This was the worst experience ive ever had with a contractor! Unprofessional and just done right pathetic!

My contact was personable and detailed with work needed. Roofing was replaced in less than a day. Showed up at 7am and done before noon. No mess left after the work.
It took time but I am very pleased with the work of Aspen Contracting, Inc. They came this morning 8/24/2022 and were finished with my flat roof in the back of my house by 3:30 pm. They showed up at 09:30 Am. They finished the worked and cleaned up all that had fallen around the house. It look like they had not been there except for the renewed roof on the back of my house. Very good work and I am grateful for there work. It did take time because this was a new type job and contractors had to be found.
Aspen Contracting was very professional and friendly and really cared about our situation. From free quote on our roof to actual installation took less than a week. We are absolutely satisfied and happy with choosing Aspen and will highly recommend them for any roofing needs.

Our Project Manager ***************** was fantastic, assisting us every step of the process. He took the time to explain all aspects of getting our roof replaced and what was involved in doing so.The crew that came out was professional and above board when it came to removing our old roof and installing our new roof. They were amazing.Our neighbors approached us, and we gave then ***** contact information, they too were impressed with all aspects of our roof replacement.I would recommend Aspen to all my friends and family.
