I have to say Aspen Contractors rep was a pleasure to work with during the process of getting things lined out for my new roof and gutters . I highly recommend working with Aspen. I had a really trouble experience with another roofing company and aspen just stepped right in and was able to handle everything. Five star company.
I used Aspen Contracting out of ********** ******** and I found them to be very professional. They worked with my insurance company and adjuster to get my roof fixed and were quick to answer any questions I had concerning insurance. They even went to bat for me with my adjuster concerning areas of my building they were not contracted to work on to assure the remaining damage was sufficiently covered for repairs.
This was a very smooth efficient process from start to finish and the quality of the work was very high quality. My sales person **** was very nice and straight forward.
Worked with us all the way **** was fantastic and knowledgeable
**** and the team at Aspen were fantastic. First **** made sure we got the very best value for the money we spent. They got the roof in quickly (much sooner than we first thought), and the communication was great throughout the entire process. I have read some of the negative comments. For me they are a 5 star company in service, communications and job performance. What else could you ask for. **** is a 5-start guy!
I worked with **************** and it was a good experience from the start. ****** was friendly, honest, knowledgeable and efficient. Within 2 weeks we went from the first call, to scheduling, to crew arriving and finishing same day. I love the new shingles. The entire process was easy and painless.
The company rep I worked with was professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. He worked well with my adjuster. The work that has been completed is satisfactory and I expect the rest to be equally well done.
