It is a good building, very well maintained with the worst manager in the USA. First Service has no idea how to manager an A building. Their category in this building is really a -C, restrictions on everything. They have special treatment for those who have more money. It is unpleasant to the point of being absurd. It is a real shame how such a beautiful building can be damaged by poorly trained people.
