Worst experience of my life.. the list is to long to even start currently on 6th hour of sitting here with no communication.. I don't even know if they know I'm still here.
I have an extremely painful toothache that you can visually see is 2 rotted teeth I went in yo the er for pain management crying they could have tested me. For drug use I do not take drugs only normal medication that’s prescribed that is not pain medication I am having shooting pain in my mouth on top and bottom also in ear Jason Poole wouldn’t prescribe me anything that I couldn’t get over the counter I needed something stronger I had taker 800 mg of ibuprofen and 2 extra strength Tylenol 4 hours before I went it just got ... read more
Worst organization I have ever worked for! Toxic and unprofessional! They dont care at all about their patients or employees!
Not a good place even for a routine or simple surgery. If you value life try Geneva UH. or even Conneaut Hospital. Billing is a disaster for people with a limited income. They'll send your bills to lawyers and collections rather than deal with the poor people in the community.
Don’t go there unless it’s life or death situation. After I had a kidney stone removed Their billing department lied to me, said to send whatever payment I could, so I did next thing I know it’s in collections, I make arrangements again and eventually they quit taking my payment, and turned over to an attorney forcing me to file bankruptcy. Also I went there for a simple doctor visit for a ear infection and charged me over 485.00 they are a bunch of liars and scammers. I will never go back again.
