I am so pleased with the results of our professional area rug restoration! We had a 1970s ivory wool shag rug from Greece restored and it was in storage since my husband was a baby. Our family visited Ashly Fine Rugs looking for a rug that matched our style and also complimented our house decoration. Helena and Alex have a great variety of styles and sizes. They helped us to pick just was we needed. I like the way they explained the design, manual manufacture and origin of the different rugs, and also the time to show to us their rug selection. I had two Afghan rugs cleaned last year and brought the one in a high-traffic area that also accumulated a lot of cat hair despite vacuuming back for cleaning again this year. Ashly consistently does a great job and the work is completed when promised.
We used Ashly Fine Rugs to clean our our oriental rug after Harvey. They were very easy to work with and knowledgeable on their process. After we picked up our rug, we didn't lay it out for a couple of months. I asked Helena if that was ok, and she said yes, but if there was anything wrong that we could bring it back and she would take care of it at no charge. Best rug company that cares about their customers. We will forever use this company for rug cleaning!
