RecommendedThe owners and staff are professional and so friendly. It is refreshing to visit a business were they are experts in their fields. The selection of rugs here is beautiful and brought from all over the world....love it. I recently brought in multiple rugs to get cleaned (bath) and when returned to me my rugs looked brand new. It took about 10 days as they make sure everything is done correctly but well worth the wait. I love Ashly Fine Rugs because they provided me excellent customer service and attention to my needs.

I have used them multiple times for cleaning and pads . They are professional and easy to work with. They also have a beautiful showroom with gorgeous rugs!
RecommendedOur dog recently died. We knew it was time to once again clean our family room‘s large Karastran rug. Near our home in Green Trails we found Ashley Fine Rugs. They did wonderful cleaning job for us! Our rug looks like new now and its’ ragged fringe and a small tear is now repaired correctly. The reasonable price compared or was less than the rug cleaners I phoned that are inside “ The Loop”. The Ashly turnaround time was much shorter. ‘Our fresh rug is now only silver lining to losing a beloved four legged friend.
Redo bottom 2 stairs as promised or provide 5 x3/ piece of carpet so another company can repair
