Highly recommend Ashly Fine Rugs! They did an excellent job cleaning our rug and took such great care of it throughout the entire process. Communication was fantastic — very responsive, professional, and easy to work with both over the phone and by email. The whole experience was smooth from start to finish. We would absolutely use them again!

Great experience. They crew came out and got this pet stained rug and treated it with their best products. First time this rug has been cleaned in 20 years and it now looks brand new. We got a good pad from Ashley too and rug feels as good as it looks . They will always be our go-to rug guys. Eager to see their showroom also.

Exceptional customer service, wonderful experience using Ashly Fine Rugs for rug cleaning. I have 2 rugs that needed cleaning due to pet urine and staining. Nothing we used to get the stains and urine scent out worked. Ashly Fine Rugs picked them up, got them thoroughly cleaned and restored, and delivered them in mint condition. The staff was precise, courteous, and very careful with my furniture and the placement of the rugs upon delivery. I highly recommend and will definitely use them again.

Appointment to pickup rug was on time. Gentlemen were courteous and were able to take the rug for cleaning. Approximately ten days later and I received a call arranging to deliver my rug. The rug looked great and the placement was perfect. The pricing was as quoted and I would use Ashly again.
