I ordered lamps online from the company and need to return them. However, I have received HORRIBLE Customer Service!I've been told that I need to wait 3-5 days to receive authorization to return the lamps because they were purchased through a third party. My issue is they never waited 3-5 days to charge my card. I really like working with my local Ashley sales force and the showroom is nice. The deliveries of two separate furniture purchases have been on time, and the delivery people are courteous and efficient and really nice, actually.

About a year ago, my wife and I purchased a very nice Sofa, all electric with lumbar and head controls. The sofa has held up very well. The sales manager was very thorough and mindful when he showed us the many mattresses to choose from. After going to other mattress stores, Ashley seemed like the best store for getting a new mattress. After I purchased the bed, the delivery date had to be changed due a schedule conflict. The Ashley home furniture workers were very kind and helpful. Their service was top notch. I felt they respected my home and made there was no damage while moving out new bed in. They were also very polite and I appreciated that so much! 10/10 would recommend to everyone and anyone!

Everything went great. In-store person was friendly and helpful. The delivery was right on-time. And the delivery team were nice guys who did an excellent job delivering the furniture, unpacking it, and cleaning up.
