Ordered two bar-height stools at store. Clerk was helpful in exploring options. Delivery process was well described in advance and executed to plan. Product will fully meet our needs. We get to assemble, but this is what we wanted in terms of transport to another location.

I ordered lamps online from the company and need to return them. However, I have received HORRIBLE Customer Service!I've been told that I need to wait 3-5 days to receive authorization to return the lamps because they were purchased through a third party. My issue is they never waited 3-5 days to charge my card. About a year ago, my wife and I purchased a very nice Sofa, all electric with lumbar and head controls. The sofa has held up very well. The sales manager was very thorough and mindful when he showed us the many mattresses to choose from. After going to other mattress stores, Ashley seemed like the best store for getting a new mattress. After I purchased the bed, the delivery date had to be changed due a schedule conflict.
