Delivery team was great and actually an hour earlier than expected. Our sales rep at the store was very nice and low key - not doggingus around the store like crazy. Most people want to look and just get a feel - they don't want to be bothered every 30 steps by the salesperson. Our sales person was very kind and gave us room. Thus - we actually bought the furniture we needed and he helped to even load the items we were taking with us. Thank you. The best experience I have had at a furniture store in a while!

Delivered Damaged furniture. No prior inspection of furniture by manufacturer or seller (ASHLEY FURNITURE) Delivery people unequipped and unskilled to do the job. I have pictures of what happened.!
The delivery team was amazing, I live on the third floor and I know it wasnt easy carrying two couches up all those flights of stairs. They were super fast and extremely friendly. Very happy!!

I placed an order 8-7-2023, and was told that the recliner was in stock and the next day I got a call that they would postpone my delivery by 4 more days. Then another call and another call and another etc ! Finally ended up getting it on 8-25, delivery was fine. I was extremely disappointed because I had just gotten out of the hospital and was going to sleep in this recliner. Several times I wanted to cancel my order, but I didn't. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY Purchased a sectional from this store with extended warranty. Our frame broke on the sectional so we called the store to figure out how to file a claim. The company that manages the warranty sucks, and treated my wife like **** hung up on her, she wasn’t rude, when she tried to follow up on a claim, after being told they would call us. My delivery team was amazing. There was a scratch and missing parts and they handled it very professionally and Ashley called me immediately to set up a service visit and mailed the parts (they will also come to install the parts (knobs). Quick and efficient. They also closed the door when they could, it was 112 degrees (without me asking). Would recommend both Ashley furniture and the delivery team.
