Shopping for furniture is not my favorite thing to do. That said, our sales person, Kathryn *, was very professional and an absolute delight to work with. We knew what we wanted and she was super helpful and friendly. We received our purchases within a week! Delivery was accomplished on schedule, and I loved having the ability to track their truck. Not happy that this company ran my credit card plus and minus twice. My bank was also concerned. Also I didn't appreciate Ashley's changing of the delivery date. The sofa is beautiful.

I opted for white glove delivery and the experience has been very good. The team kept me informed with adequate and reasonable communication. The delivery folks provided excellent service and did their work very efficiently with no mess left Thank you for the service

Quality furniture and great customer service. With so many terrible furniture sellers these days who take your money and take months to deliver anything, Ashley didn't charge me until AFTER my furniture was delivered and the 3 day return policy had ended. They also called to make sure my delivery went smoothly and to make sure I had no concerns. If you want quality furniture at a good price and great customer service and delivery, always buy at Ashley.
