Great customer service !!! We naught a bedroom set 7 years ago and it's still in great shape , just got the kids bunk beds , and our sales rep Sonia was super nice and courteous ! We'll be back
One bad experience after another. I will never buy another piece of furniture from them. From dealing with an obnoxious salesman sending my husbands blood pressure through the roof to furniture not being delivered when promised to the furniture quality being disappointing... my recommendation is save yourself time & aggravation and shop elsewhere.
purchased a durablend couch, sofa and love seat about 2-5 years ago its peeling and look awful now. Is there a way to fix this or will i have to scrap this?
Buyer beware!! Don't buy from Ashely! A 3000 dollar couch I purchased a few months ago and it has lumps in the cushions! A basement full of cushions that were sent as replacements are more lumpy than the ones that are on my couch. the supervisor left message advising me that I can fix it myself "open up cushion and adjust foam to my liking" How disappointing to spend so much money and end up with a poorly made product that the company won't stand behind.
Loved the customer service of manager Mike and associate John S while in store. That's all we loved. While delivering our furniture yesterday, the delivery crew broke our storm and main doors, snapped our banister and put a hole in our sheet rock. After hours on the phone and in store yesterday, getting our repairs done has been like pulling teeth. Every phone call has been with someone different, and in store, we were just told to call customer service. We were ready to furnish our entire home with Ashley too. Horrible expe... read more
I would give this no stars if possible. I bought a couch there and my father bought a recliner chair with extended warranty. The couch and the chair are both peeling and look like they are 20 years old when in reality they are less than three years old. Ashley furniture did not help at all and will not do anything about this. Thanks for nothing guys I will never shop here again.
