worst shopping experience of my life. spent $7000 and was lied to so I would agree to sign a contract which they slipped items in that were supposed to be complimentary due to store specials. corporate was just as bad. they won't respond to any of my emails or return my calls. go to Jennifer or raymour and Flannigans. this company is full of scumbags
My table has been peeling off paint and it is only a little more than a year old. The store and the customer service refuse to help in Any way! After 1 year they have no responsibility or integrity to stand by their defective products. It’s dangerous and toxic to have flecks of paint getting into the food of my infant and toddler. Beyond disappointed with Ashley homestore- I intend to take further action and make sure that there are SAFETY standards on their furniture.
On hold for 2 hours 30 minutes. I have not been able to contact anyone in store. I have emailed customer service as well as the sales representative. I have reached out to Ashley home store on Instagram and messenger. The wood on the side of couch broke when someone leaned on it. This is unacceptable. Quality wood wouldn’t break like that.
Horrible customer service. 2 weeks and no resolutions, non Responsive. Wrong furniture delivered. BUYER BEWARE
RecommendedHad an amazing experience at the Farmingdale New York Ashley store! Our sales Lady Stephany was so sweet and very patient has my mom was shopping for her living room set. I definitely recommend asking for her for any household needs.
Had an amazing experience at the lake grove location with Lea Anne. 2nd shopping experience. bought bar stools. 1st time with Teresa was fantastic she did my bedroom and came to the house with another gentleman and put my bed together for me!!! Thank you so so much.
Salesmen were great nothing wrong about that but the company as a whole doesn’t stand by their product. They have a mentality once you sign your screwed your problem. No exchanges if you aren’t happy with your crappy furniture. Veneer peeling off a bed frame that’s less than a year old in a home with no kids, were adults were not trashing the stuff. And the storage drawers which only hold sheets is already broken. So we said we don’t want the storage anymore if this is what’s going to happen. Would rather have the king sized... read more
