The worst. I repeat worst! I spent thousands of dollars, they sent me wrong color for table cover & accused my mom of picking wrong color. I only asked for exchange of color and they refuse. They just keep blaming my mom (can you imagine?!) After 2 months, the couch looks shabby and my farmhouse table keeps chipping. They are the worst!
Absolute worst store. Bought furniture there 2 months ago and cancelled order. Getting a run around for 2 months now about getting my refund. Still no refund. Do not shop there under no circumstances.
We just had the most wonderful furniture buying experience. Our salesman Tom G, was knowledgeable, friendly and extremely helpful. We purchased a power leather sofa and power leather recliner. I kept changing my mind, hopping from one to another, and he was extremely patient. Everything about my first trip to Ashley Furniture was a great experience. We will be able to get our furniture this coming weekend! Thank you Tom for all your help!

All around great experience. Was politely greeted upon entrance. Salesman (Jason) promptly asked me if I needed any assistance. I told him I was just browsing. He then told me, if I had any questions he would be in the area. As I was looking around, Jason kept a comfortable distance from me, but was never too far. I absolutely hate when the salesmen follow you around and breath down your neck the whole time you're in the store. I DID NOT have that happen with Jason.
