On hold for 2 hours 30 minutes. I have not been able to contact anyone in store. I have emailed customer service as well as the sales representative. I have reached out to Ashley home store on Instagram and messenger. The wood on the side of couch broke when someone leaned on it. This is unacceptable. Quality wood wouldn’t break like that.

Liars and frauds. Sold over 10k worth of “solid wood” furniture in June 2018. I dropped a small vase by accident and the surface of the nightstand cracked like cardboard paper. Complained at every level but nothing but ignorance and nastiness. Don’t go there please.

When I bought my washer n dryer they didn’t put the delivery fee on my bill till after I paid for it! So now they want me to pay this delivery fee cuz they mess up! I’m not paying for there mess up!

Terrible delivery services. They were 4 hours late and then delivered a broken chair that was bought new, the other chair that was as is was fine. I purchased a farmhouse table it came with a sliced piece on the top. The moving people said I bought as is but table wasn't this damaged in store. The piece you can tell someone tried to glue it. I would've never bought a glued up table. My suggestion look at the furniture very well. Look under those as is price tags and please bring it home yourself in your own vehicle.
