I had my surgery in December 16th, 2025, Dr Strickland is the best. I had my C4 and C5 replaced. I have had no problems what so ever. When he tells you after surgery , NO lifting over 10 pounds for a few weeks, please listen. That is really important. I would recommend him to anyone. He was so caring , and understood what I was going through. He really listened to me.

Strickland was 30+ minutes behind only for us to have an appointment that was rushed and sent us out with a possible referral. Not impressed with the lack of thoroughness, care, bedside manner, etc. Back to square one and wishing we could get our copay back.

I consulted with Dr. Strickland for severe low back pain. My MRI shows mild bulging disks, a tear, and bilateral facet arthrosis. He looked me dead in my eyes and told me I had a "normal" back. I'm not a doc but even I know that's not normal. This guy has no idea what he's talking about but will take over the conversation and completely disregard what you have to say. I would highly recommend finding a different doc and avoiding Strickland.

I am convinced that Dr. Strickland had his friends (if he has any) and family to write the glowing reviews that he currently has posted. However, I have come to see Dr. Strickland much differently. I find him to be rude, condescending, arrogant, and unprofessional. He listens to talk and lecture. He will bogart a conversation just to talk down to you while he grimaces and gnashes his teeth. Doctor strickland is an excellent is orthopedic surgeon. I highly recommend him and his staff.
