We decided to buy sectional couch when sales clerk assured us (more than once) the furniture was made in the USA. When it arrived it was clearly marked "MADE IN CHINA" Over the next 2 months we continued to hear stories about furniture being made in USA in various factories in various US locations. However they could not assure us they could provide us with a made in the USA piece. We were frustrated at the lack of customer service and angered by the continuous lack of integrity. Phenomenonal customer service! Great salespeople Moni and Becca! Bought multiple things for a ridiculous deal! Saved almost 1,000 dollars! Highly recommend them! I will be going back for future purchases!

Ashley furniture what can I say about this store but is one of the worst stores, and horrible customer service. I never rate a company before but I just had to, I wish I could give them a negative rating instead.
