This whole process of trying to buy a bed frame and comforter set has been a nightmare to say the least! Not one person has been helpful and I continue to get the run around. I’m in the process of getting my money back on both the bed frame and comforter set but now they are trying to say I paid part in cash when I never once did so apparently this is going to take a couple more days. RecommendedWe had Lance as our salesperson. He was very honest and helpful. He also did not bug us or pressure us whatsoever! Simply let us look around and then helped us make a decision. He also informed us on the manufacturing process, quality, etc. so we knew exactly what we were buying. We will probably continue to purchase from Ashley as MOR has Been our go to for years, however they were rude and pushy the last two times and the guy even rolled his eyes when I didn’t want to go through with a purchase ! Delivery dates may as well be suggestions. Why should you expect them to deliver on a date after doing all the prep work?
So far the furniture itself has been fine. However, on delivery there was damage done to our brand new home including a hole in a door. Calls to customer service keep getting handed off to a different team with promises of a call back that has not happened yet 9 days later. I don't care about your internal process or who in the end foots the bill, I just want the damage fixed.
The delivery drivers were extremely rude. They damaged a door to my brand new home. Ashley furniture keeps pushing off the issue and passing us around. Save your money and don’t shop here!!
You authorized my financing for $10,000 more than was necessary!!!!! This ruined my available credit when I attempted to by a bed frame for the mattress I just purchased through you!!!!!! A bed frame that will NO LONGER BE ON SALE tomorrow!!!! Thanks for thinking of the customer’s needs first! I’m looking forward to sleeping on my new mattress.....ON THE FLOOR!
This store was happy to take our money and promised delivery last Saturday (October 20, 2018) - Failed to do so and promised to deliver it tomorrow 10/20/2018 - but again no delivery scheduled for us for tomorrow. Would not recommend this store to anyone.
