It has been an absolute nightmare. when I purchased my couch I was told that they would not charge me until my full set was delivered because of all the delays. I purchased mine at end of July. my delivery date has been changed 5 times. In store customer service was great. Lance was our salesperson ; he was knowledgeable, patient and kind. We also had interactions with Miranda, the store manager after a purchase. She was equally helpful and helped resolve our dilemma.
Our purchasing experience & communication via text from Ashley was wonderful, up until delivery day. I spent time reviewing exactly the configuration we needed for our sectional - sketches & all! After waiting 6 weeks for our couch (We expected this & were told Aug 5th for a delivery date when we ordered), The delivery guys called me at 6am on the day of delivery to see when they could come. They could try by answering the phones or replying to messages or delivering mattresses when they say they will. Not happy at all. Will not do business here again.

customer service sucks. and also keep messing with my bank account pulled money out and put back 4 x now with no delivery of my couch.. and after waiting on the phone for over an hour the person has an attitude with me as if I am bothering them by asking what is going on. I work in customer service and this is horrible worse then Walmart
I have been trying to make a purchase for the past two weeks and no one has been able to help. the website does not work and they have the worst customer service I've spoke to Don and Corrin and two other employees on the phone everytime they say I'm sorry but we are not able to help you do a phone purchase when the website is not working. they do no ease the way for customers and since we are not face to face they do not care what so ever about the customer they have on the phone.
