Went to this location was helped by Gabriel for the pitkin sectional got home from picking up and had 2 chaise parts and no sofa. Called all night trying to get them to bring me the sofa and take their other chaise. For that I have to pay $100 in taxes(taxes I didn't have to pay do to picking up on my own with a truck I had to barrow) Their mistake not my fault he put order #s in wrong!
I went in today to buy a sofa and came out with a bed�.....Everybody and I do mean everybody was soooo nice and the customer service I received from Andrew Johnson was EXCEPTIONAL!!! When I am ready to try again for my sofa I will definitely go back to Ashley and ask for Andrew as long as delivery and set up go as well as my experience today.
