Absolutely worst brand of furniture. Do not fall into this scam. You will spend hours n hours on customer service line and they will keep on transferring you to million department’s. This brand is a joke and headache.

We bought a couch sleeper sofa it lasted less than 2 years We paid $45 for a tech to come out and tell us nothing, and as soon as he left Ashley home furniture called us, the receptionist was very rude and told us that there was nothing they could do since it was not under warranty in less than 2 years For a couch we paid nearly $2000 for And there was nothing they could do even if we pay for it. I will NEVER purchase another item from this store, true customer service is horrible and they make the simple things like delivering on the date promised a joke. Absolutely horrible all the way around, and don’t let me start with the 30 min hold time for customer service. Save your money and headache!!!!!!
never buy from here they wont deliver on time.
still waiting for my purchase, which is paid on full. Delivery was scheduled for today. I called several times to check on it, and finally got through just before 4 pm. The person tells me that the truck didn't even run today! Nobody called or anything. I spent an entire day waiting. Now they are rescheduling and I have very few days in the near future for a repeat performance. Very disappointed and frustrated. I should have purchased locally I guess.

The location on Tomahawk Island Dr. has some of the best customer service! We just moved here and needed to furnish our home. They really went above and beyond to help us and let us know about deals and sales. We had an issue and they handled it with care and integrity that I have not seen in a while.
