We have lived here over 1 year and have loved it! Stevina and Ted are amazing! We were very impressed with our Stevina helped us from the beginning (newly weds & our first time renting!) and made our transition smooth. Also, with a few work orders we had, Ted is SO GREAT. He is extremely friendly but also very professional, knowledgeable, responsive and prompt! Our work orders are resolved before we get home from work! We absolutely love living here in this community and recommend it to all our friends!
I have lived here for almost a year, the staff is very nice as are the maintenance workers. Maintenance is very quick to respond to calls and work orders. I highly recommend this place.
We've lived here at Ashley's for 3 1/2 years now. We are totally satisfied with this beautiful place. We are so close to all the shops and activities PCB has to offer. We are close to the Ocean, Pier Park shopping and the Pier were my husband fishes. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The grounds are nicely maintained. Beautiful pool area and fitness room. We really enjoy it here. I highly recommend the friendly community here at Ashley's.
Ashley at Breakfast Point is a wonder place to live. It has a great community feel.
tried to charge $100 for pet odor - 1) our pre-move out inspector specifically said our place didn't smell like dogs 2) charged us $400 in a non-refundable pet deposit...where did THAT money go? the gate never worked (we probably used our gate remove less than 10 times in 6 months)
Horrible. They've done nothing but harass me with nonsense and when I try to figure something out I have to talk to 12 different new people every single time. They have no communication with one another in the office and their not helpful when explaining or talking to you. If I could give it no stars, I would. They don't deserve people's hard earned money or their patience.
1/13/15 I can't wait to move in I will enjoyed my new home thanks Ashley for half me there .
