Really liked it when I first moved in even though communications within the office were non existent and made the move in process more challenging than it needed to be. Has gotten less tolerable as time progresses... We are locked into a garbage service that does not run seven days a week and there is a limited window (6p-8p) to put garbage in containers. I've been here 4 months and have found all my needs met promptly and professionally. Can't wait to bring the grandchildren over to the pool this summer. The ladies in the office are always willing to listen and answer any questions and the maintenance supervisor is phenomenal. All my small issues have been solved the same day I called. I do have one issue with a barking dog but they must have talked to the dog's owners as it has be significantly reduced. Ashley@ Breakfast Point is one of the nicest places to call home. They have an excellent staff that will answer all your questions and make you feel right at home. For your convenience, you have shopping dining and the beach less than 5 minutes away... I highly recommend Ashley@ Breakfast Point a place to call home..
I have lived here 1/12 years and never had an issue that wasn't handled almost immediately. My grandchildren love to spend time with me here and swim. 10 minutes from my business/work and everything I need is convenient. Always had nothing but professionalism from the office and maintenance staff. Will recommend to friends always.
