PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE!! I've been living here for one year and I must say it's like the gingerbread house. It's looks very nice and spacious when you first view but once your in, you will see EVERYTHING falls apart. Management is VERY RUDE they don't attend to ANY issues with the homes. They will be on your back for rent and quick to give you an eviction notice. NO AC 100 DEGREE WEATHER!!!! I've been here 3 mos No AC refrigerator leaks full of roaches the more you complain the less they care
dont move here. roaches are your best friend. I lived here for about 2 months. these apartment are horrible. there are shootings on a weekly basis. Clayton county is always out there and nothing gets done. the apartment is run by Latinos and they and there families live in the back. their apartments look nothing like the ones in the complex. roaches are there like they help pay rent. they didn't even come spray when I told them about the roach and ant problem... Highland vistas ive been living here 2 years Ive been luving here for 2 years and its ok but its time to move on to something better.
Sad but true... The apartment complex that I am currently residing in is horrible. The management is horrible, the property is horrible. My apartment stay needing some work done to it. There is no central air conditioning, so you can only imaging how hot it stays in my apartment with the Georgia heat. I wanna move so bad, but my lease isn't up until April coming. Smh
