Better than Expected :) So I was having the WORST experience with MMG, starting from December 2020... with a sister property...I won’t go into detail about that... I moved in Ashlar last week January. I was super nervous because of the reviews... The place was super clean, the appliances are old, but they were clean..my fridge was making a loud noise but they fixed it the next day.. my blinds were raggedy, it took them a few days or so to replace them but I was so happy when they did. Decent Place I was nervous when applying to live here considering that the reviews aren't the best but I was in need of a place. I want to start off by saying the office staff are excellent when it comes to taking care of new people wanting to move. My leasing agent was Shakira and she was so helpful with the process. I did have a few issues upon moving in but Shakira got them took care of right away. Horrible !!! They won’t fix anything. You have to keep asking them to do things. The people in the office has poor customer service. They raise your rent without explaining why.
They don’t fix anything It rained in my apartment for 6 months they would not fix nothing! Had to finally just move! Proceed with caution!
ready to move If you need second chance housing they will accept you but they place is filled with roaches, nothing has been fixed since I moved in last year. I’ve called everyday for 2 weeks and gotten no response and when I attempt to go in the office they tell me it’s closed but they always make time for the people that want to rent here. Don’t waste your money!! This place is a joke!! They don’t do anything that a professional complex should do. The manager of the leasing office like to call herself calling tenants to yell at them for contacting management because they never respond to emails or answer the phone. There’s a big problem, we had no AC for months, dishwasher hasn’t worked for a year now, Potholes in the street all over the complex, trash everywhere and they get salty with tenants and wanna raise rent for what? terrible Bug infestation, leaks from water pipes thru out the apartment, they want their money but take care of the property poorly, NO AIR CONDITIONING, told them this a million times and it is ridiculous waste of money out of my pocket, NEVER AGAIN
Horrible I moved here in August I was not able to see my apartment till I received my keys. ROACHES were everywhere so I delayed moving in an bombed the place for two days. The rental staff did not do anything an still don't. I have put in work order after work order just to receive not maintenance. My Heat has never worked. MOLD is everywhere in the house. I dont have a dishwasher an these are just some of the problems. Whatever you do don't rent here.

Stay away!! This has been my worst apartment yet. Management doesn’t care for anything. They are lazy but yet will hassle you for rent and threaten to evict you if you are just a few days shy of the first. The rent is high and it’s just a complete ripoff. From the day you sign your lease your apartment just starts falling apart and nothing gets done. I would hope a health inspector would look at how nasty this place is and shut it down completely.
