No way they would pass an inspection There are so many negatives that I probably couldn't list them all. Gave this place a chance because it has the potential to be nice. Now that they have new management, there are hopes for improvement. If you love roaches, move here. Never EVER saw an exterminator!! Charged monthly for it though. Horrible place to call HOME This place is disgusting!!!!!! Health inspection need to pay them a visit. Roaches and rats infested. NASTY.. NASTY..NASTY!!!They even get in your refrigerator. Trash depository smell horrible. Trash piled outside around trash depository at any given time. Office staff including maintenance are all insufficient . Former tenant If at all possible take Ur money elsewhere! Its infested with roaches! They charge U for pest control once a month. Nobody never comes and spray. They put me in apartment trash all on back porch. I had to clean up myself. Went three weeks without being able to cook. Stove wasn't working. Go in office a thousand times about issues takes them weeks to fix! Be late with rent they put eviction notice on Ur door. But dont fix noting. Come out have look at piles of trash. It is infested with Bed Bugs !!!! This apartment complex has a standing contract with a bed bug extermination company. They never treat the problem carefully; they spray instead of heat treat. So the problem is never resolved. I had been without heat for 2 winters, and lived with constant water damage when it rained. I've also had a constant Roach infestation from the dead body they let sit for 3days...and didn't clean the apartment for 5 months after the body removal. Give this place a try I saw some bad reviews online, but after my visit I found that the property is really nice and has affordable rents.
Lasheda lee I love my apartment they fix all that I need them too they work with me every month I have no problems at all I been here 3 1/2 years the schools are closed and the ladies in the office are awesome come join us
