I have been using Dentistry at East Piedmont since 2008. I really like the staff at the practice and all of the amenities offered to a dental patient offered here: hot paraffin wax for my hands, warm chair massage in the dental chair, soft spa music playing - all of these are really relax me. Dr. Patel is my friend, not just my Dentist. GREAT DENTIST, GREAT PRACTICE, GREAT EXPERIENCE, EVERY TIME !!!!!!
From the very first visit I was greeted with friendly smiles. The staff was extremely eager to help even as the last appointment for the day. Dr. Patel has earned my respect as a dentist. He has gone the extra mile to not only provide dental care but to help with a migraine issue I have suffered with from years of teeth grinding.
Dr.Patel did an amazing job keeping the entire procedure stress free and explaining what he was doing. Would highly recommended Dr.Patel to others.
Everything is first rate. Staff is super kind. Atmosphere is more like a Spa than a Dentist office.
Did my usual research on the internet and found this office to be highly rated. I was looking for teeth whitening and decided to try them. Their charges were over a hundred dollars less than anywhere in Chattanooga so I decided to take the two hour drive. I am glad I did. They did a superb job. Tara, the lady that took care of me, made sure to explain everything she was doing in detail. I found Dr Patel after much research and I hope you do too. I only had 10 teeth left with a lot of bridge work after 50 yrs my bone wouldn't support them. I knew I wanted all implants and I wanted the best. The teeth went in the same time as the implants, looked wonderful. Dr Patel and his staff are the most accomodating people you can imagine, they are always available,easy to talk to and kind. I had been looking for professional and up to date denistry and found so much more.
I have been a patient of Dr. Patel's for over 8 years. What impresses me the most about Dr. Patel is his attention to detail. He and his staff really care about the health of my teeth as well as the beauty of my smile. His staff is very personable and genuinely interested in me as a person. Dr. Patel stays current with the latest techniques and technologies to ensure the best possible outcomes. I strongly recommend him to All!
I am very fearful of dental work. I had a bad dental experience in the past when i was a teenager. I was very fortunate to find dr. Patel. I hadn't been to a dentist in several years.He made me very comfortable and relaxed. We went over every thing. I watched a dvd while he did my fillings, it was over before i knew it. I also got the protective splint (nti type). I grind my teeth and have migraines. This splint has helped releive alot of my migraines, and protecting my teeth from grinding.
