Review of application process only Applied for an apartment here. My condo was set to close towards the middle/ late May 2021. Looking for a May 22-26 move in. On 5/7, I put a deposit down on a specific unit. Was told I was unofficially approved but still has to be reviewed by management. Was told that once approval was official they could give me a specific and final move in date and send the lease. Followed up daily on application status. Was given the run around. Disgusting Unit 've just moved in here and I have to say, I've extremely disappointed in the condition of the apartment. They showed us a different unit because ours "wasn't ready" until after we signed the lease. Once we actually were able to see the condition of the unit, we could tell why they didn't want to show it to us. The carpet is in terrible condition with multiple disgusting stains. Do not move here DO NOT MOVE HERE. We were suppose to get upgraded bar counter tops when we moved in, that is why we signed for a higher lease amount. However, I sent them two emails when we first moved in about this and no one ever came to upgrade it. The maintenance men enter your home without telling you and they DO NOT leave a note when they come in. It is in our contract that they leave notice when they enter.
