Verified Renter Ashford likes to go above and beyond UNTIL you move in. Once they got your money they like to play run around on any issues. Been complaining about an issues since 3 weeks after I moved in , and now it’s 6 months later, & it’s just now getting semi-resolved. The people in the office talk to you like you’re a toddler, instead of getting down to the root of the problem like adults. Also Neighbors are extremely loud as well.
