My son is 3 yrs old and has Down Syndrome. He has sensory issues as well. The staff at Asheville Pediatric Dentistry is extremely gentle and kind. They make our visits as calm and effective as possible. I really appreciate the staff as a whole. Thank you Dr. Jackson!
My 2 year old son has come here since his first teeth check up at age one. Dr. Jackson is so sweet and knowledgeable. All the staff is friendly and helpful. Great play area for kids, and we only ever have to wait a few minutes.

Not that anyone enjoys having a cavity filled, but Dr Jackson and staff made it as pleasant as it could be. Both sons mentioned how much they liked your assistant, i did too, and the staff at the front are great.
My three children have been seeing Dr. Jackson for the last 5 years. We continue to have an excellent experience with Dr. Jackson! She is gentle, patient, friendly and approachable. Between she and her staff, they maintain a calm and pleasant approach to dental health. Dr. Jackson always takes the time to listen, and answer any of my concerns or questions. As always our visit to this office was wonderful. They make the child so comfortable and everyone is always so nice. We love that our son is always excited to visit the Dentist.
I was very impressed with Asheville Pediatric Dentistry. The staff are very pleasant and always make you feel like they have time to talk with you and answers questions. They are knowledgeable and helpful. My young son had a procedure done and staff did a great job. I was able to stay with him and felt needed rather than in the way. Dr. Jackson is very calm and sensitive. She even called later in the day to check on us. We will definitely be going back to this practice. Thanks staff and Dr. Jackson!
