I took my two-year-old for her first dentist visit today and - wow! - it was a great experience! All of the staff were helpful and kind. Everyone who dealt directly with my daughter was gentle and made my daughter feel comfortable. The physical environment is stimulating for young people, but done in a very attractive way. I was extremely impressed with all staff and with the office as a whole. I would highly recommend Asheville Pediatric Dentistry!
The second visit went very well for my three year old. He remembered that everyone was very nice and gentle during his first visit, so the second visit went very smoothly. Thanks for helping make him feel more comfortable.
I highly recommend Asheville Pediatric Dentistry. Everyone here is always friendly and genuine, and never too busy to discuss and explain everything going on with your child's visit. The dentists are thorough and knowledgeable, and gentle and calming with the kids. They are always prompt as well, don't seem to over-book like some offices do.
So wonderful with my daughter, and with me! They take the time to really listen, they go above and beyond with customer service, and they help my daughter maintain excellent dental health. The best!

Office staff and clinical staff were fabulous as usual. My son is having a really difficult time with appointments lately and the team does everything possible to make him comfortable and to ensure his teeth are taken care of. I appreciate all the efforts and accomodations!!
So many people dread going to the dentist, so starting that experience on a positive note for my children was very important to me. My daughter (age 6) was upset when I told my son (age 4) that he was going to get to go the dentist for the first time today--but she was upset because she wanted to go too! My busy little four year old just had an excellent first experience, so now I can say BOTH of my children like going to the dentist! Dr Jackson is wonderful! We needed to have our daughter checked for an emergency and they worked us right in. Dr Jackson went above and beyond to care for our daughter and make us as parents feel at ease. Thank you so very much Asheville Pediatric Dentistry! We would highly recommend them!
