The leasing staff is horrible I just moved in a couple of weeks ago by Melanie the assistant manger. She lied about everything!!!! I was told my unit would have a brand new washer and dryer and it was not new it was used. She told me that I could rent out the clubhouse for events which I have just today found out I can not! The leasing agent who told me she was new knows nothing! Great place to live I love it here!!! The office staff is amazing especially the manager. When we moved in she took great care of us. The maintenance guys are awesome and always takes care of our needed right away. We love our apartment and the community!
Horrible Management Our initial move-in and honestly first year of living was decently pleasant. It was beautifully landscaped, Bre was phenomenal to work with, and it was appropriately priced. As of late, things have gone from bad to worse...pet waste bins always overflowing, trash compactor overstuffed and trash blowing everywhere, grass mowed irregularly and landscaping minimal. Overall Declining We moved in 3 years ago, nice clean place. Over the years the place has gone downhill. I pick up trash every week that gets blown onto my porch. Our two care have both been broken into multiple times, but we’re told there no cameras no there’s nothing they can do. Lawn mowers come during the week day 7:30AM. And they raise rent each year we’ve been here 10-30$ . Impressed with the staff even after reading the bad reviews My husband and I are in the process of relocating from Virginia to the Canal Winchester area this year and decided to rent an apartment until we learn the area. Nice Property! I came for a tour 4 months ago and filled out an app on the spot! Fast forward and I have no regrets. I will say sometimes I occasionally find the pet stations are too full but by the time I call to say something its gone which is a A in my book.
DO NOT MOVE HERE!! Somehow "lost" my rent check after being told exactly where it was and I have proof it was paid!!!
Dont believe everything you hear I cant tell you how turned off I was after reading reviews on this property. I was so sad because its near 33 and commute to work would of been a breeze lol. Unfair management We would have signed another year but.. they had tried to charge us for something that wasn't true! We had gotten a dog 1/4 of the way through our lease and a neighbor had complained and said we had two dogs of course they asked and we ensured them we only had one dog 2 weeks later we had a note on our door that said to register our new pet at the office (we still only have one) and the dog we had was already registered.
