I would recommend I moved in just a couple days ago and it was the smoothest move in process ever. Everything was ready for me to get moved in. All I had to do was wait for a code and my keys were right at my door. I would highly recommend to anyone.
Amazing Staff The property and staff is amazing! I have never had any issues with getting work orders completed. Everyone is always so friendly.
Moving in This place is so neat and the staff are helpful! They always got back to me with in a decent time if I had any questions
This place is a joke I’ve moved out of this place three years ago, they finally replied to a BBB complaint with a bunch of lies to get the complaint closed. Honestly I’m surprised they even responded now, given that they never responded to most of my service requests, just marked them as complete in the service portal.

Great place to live I lived here before purchasing my house. The property management were always professional and extremely nice. The maintenance crew made sure to take care of any issues I may have had immediately. The community grounds are well maintained. Definitely earned my five stars.

Great Management I moved here 2 years ago from Houston and I love it! The office staff is so pleasant And helpful every time I come in for something . Any questions or issues that I have are always answered/fixed in a timely manner.

Great choice I moved out to Ashbrook to from a referral. I moved from Akron and was nervous to start over in another city. I lived here for 2 years now and Ms. Bre took care of my entire process. She was kind and able to answer any questions I had, she didnt come off as someone who was just trying to sale a apartment but she actually cared. No issues I moved out to Ashbrook to from a referral. I moved from Akron. I was worried I wouldn’t be able to find a fair price apartment in a great area once I moved down here. I have been living here for about 2 or 3 years and Bre took care of my entire process, the maintenance team does a great job in insuring everything is kept up. T.Gordon
Good place to live My family and I moved into Ashbrook was skeptical of the reviews at first but now it’s going on 3yrs and we still here and staff is friendly big thanks to Bre she is very helpful with making sure you get what you need out of your new home i would say don’t believe the all the negative reviews try it out they have different lease terms as well.
