exelente servicio, vivo actualmente ya 8 anos y hasta el momento siempre atienden rapido cuando pasa algun problema en los apartamentos, son personas muy calificadas y muy respetuosas
The management is absolutely vile. If i could give zero stars, I would. This management company is the definition of unprofessional and neglectful. Maintenance requests go unanswered for weeks (if they respond at all), and when someone finally shows up, the work is rushed and incomplete. The leasing office staff is rude, dismissive, and impossible to reach. They act like they're doing you a favor by simply doing their job. The property is falling apart including leaks, pests, and broken amenities are just part of daily life ... read more
Pésimo servicio en todos los sentidos , en primera para poderte rentar el señor Milvio te pide dinero para poderte guardar el apartamento dinero el cual se queda con él y no lo rebajan en ningún momento de la renta , segundo te hacen firmar un contrato el cual es por gusto ya que les avisas como según está estimado 30 días antes de entregar la renta con el objetivo de que te devuelvan tu depósito y según ellos hay que esperar 2 meses aproximadamente para el reembolso del mismo cuando en dicho contrato no dice nada de este ti... read more

Before I moved in back in August 2023, the person who I dealt with by the name of MILVIO MARTINEZ, asked me to transfer him $400 through Zelle in order to "secure" the apartment. As soon as I moved in, the whole building was filled with cockroaches, insects and mice. I understand this is Miami, I understand that people need to rent, and that sometimes 5 or 7 persons live in one unit. But not fumigating, not taking care of the buildings, is inhumane. Especially when there are children living inside the units of these building... read more
