Great hearing improvement. Extremely competent and friendly staff. My hearing has greatly improved. Getting used to near normal hearing again is a good feeling. I will recommend Ascent to anybody.
Hear what you're missing You don't know what you've been missing until you start hearing well. Maybe you can hear people talking but can't understand all that they are saying [poor comprehension]. I've needed hearing aids for decades--too many rock concerts in the 1970's and other reasons. I'm still in the breaking-in process for my hearing aids, so I haven't yet experienced the full high-frequency compensation benefit. However, in the past two weeks I've experienced a positive change in my hearing and I look forward to experiencing the full benefits.
I went to Ascent after having been to about four other locations. My first visit made a great impression on me regarding the degree of concern about my hearing, the professional, caring approach, and the friendly attitude. The options that were explained to me regarding hearing aids, and the way this information was presented was a relief compared to some of the other audiologists I had encountered. I trusted what I was being told. After several years, my opinion has not changed. Always great service and straight talk!
A good friend got her hearing aids from Dr. Pilson, and recommended her to me. I am very happy she did, because Dr. Pilson helped me tremendously. I am extremely happy with my new hearing aids, and her staff was very kind and friendly. I needed to get my new hearing aids adjusted two times, and it as no problem at all. Everyone made sure my hearing was perfect. Now, I would recommend Dr. Pilson to anyone who is looking for an audiologist.
