Dr. Pilson and her staff made me feel very comfortable during my visit, and I am extremely happy with my new hearing aids, and how they are working for me. Dr. Pilson made sure to make all the minor adjustments I need so I can hear perfectly. If you need audiology services, definitely visit Ascent.
I went to Ascent after having been to about four other locations. My first visit made a great impression on me regarding the degree of concern about my hearing, the professional, caring approach, and the friendly attitude. The options that were explained to me regarding hearing aids, and the way this information was presented was a relief compared to some of the other audiologists I had encountered.
