Awesome Service Great Knowledge! Awesome! My mum has Parkinson's disease and it is not about her very bad hearing only, but it is the communication and information possessing that she has difficulties as well. I was so impressed that Ascent Audiology Mclean knew exactly how to communicate and how to convince her to wear the hearing aid! She was so friendly patient and professional. It will not forget the wonderful experience.

What did you say, please repeat that.... Careful, purposeful, good listening to situation, options offered, and very knowledgeable professional care at Ascent. A choice offered by my general practitioner, Kenneth Lee. I recommend all who cannot hear well to go for it - it will change your life.

Total satisfaction! My experience with Ascent Audiology and Hearing was from the first visit very positive,professional,and more than satisfatory. After testing my hearing a mold was made for both ears. Using a computer the sound level for the aids was developed for my individual needs. Adjustments were made in subsequent weeks as needed. The personal attention I received at Ascent Audiology was extraordinary with unfailing courtesy and understanding.

All 5 stars! I purchased my Starkey hearing aids in Naples Florida where we spend part of the year. Audiology Associates located in Naples found Ascent in a directory. With the office close to where we live, I have come in twice to purchase supplies. Service was professional, courteous, and prompt. I will be back for continued purchases as well as service on my hearing aids if necessary.
