Live At Home is providing me peace of mind as I 'age gracefully' in my home. They provide a driver to appointments and cleaning if needed. I can always get in touch with my care manager for answers to questions that arise. My Mother was at Alexian in independent, memory care and nursing for over 30 years. She loved her time there and they took great care of her. I wanted the same for myself.
Always my friends at live at Home are ready! For just happy visit or if I've done something Silly like broken my ankle! Their smiles and caring voices bring sunshine!
My husband and I joined Live At Home in 2003. During the early years we had little need for them but in the last few years we both developed many health care needs. They are always there to help us with transportation, food preparation, grocery shopping, housekeeping and personal hygene needs. We and our families also enjoy the knowledge that they will be there in case we need assisted living or nursing home level of care. We could not be happier that we are in their family. In my mind, Live at Home will delay or prevent us from having to leave our home. I'll take anything that will make it easy for us to live in our own community, but have the peace of mind of knowing that more care is available if necessary.
